Helping Our Graduates Launch Their New Career
At National Training we are committed to guiding each graduate, helping them achieve the necessary skills to launch their new career and obtain their first job placement. Our Career Services Department has been highly successful with job placement for our graduates, which is a reflection on the quality of our students and training. We have had many graduates who received truck-driving job offers even before they completed their training.
The Career Services Department seeks out potential employers and learns of available openings for qualified truck drivers and certified heavy equipment operators. This is done through an exchange of information with companies, government agencies, and third party recruiters. Serious effort is made to help all graduates find positions in which their capabilities will be both used and rewarded.
Lifetime Job Placement Assistance
National Training’s Career Services Department serves past graduates by helping them change jobs and extend their truck driving careers. We are proud of our Lifetime Job Placement Assistance program and how it helps National Training graduates become successful with long tenures in their career of choice. James Jones 2018 Graduate
“The classroom instructors at the National School are awesome. They helped us learn the control skills and gave us a lot of valuable on-road tips. Also, the driving instructors taught us a lot of safety skills which my friends said was very rare. Overall it was a great experience, was totally worth the money and time spent. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.”
Daniel Duren 2017 Graduate
“My experience as a student at the NTDS was memorable, I learned so much from my instructors here. They take time to walk you through everything that will help you obtain your CDL and were always very patient with my endless questions. Their flexible scheduling system helped me obtain CDL within 5 weeks. The price I paid for the training was very affordable. I recommend this school to everyone without any hesitation..”
Bill Capley 2013 Graduate
“I got three job offers before I even tested out! Obtaining my CDL A from National Training is just as important to me as my Bachelors Degree from Rollins College! Thank you National Training!”
Dana Katz 2012 Graduate
“I initially applied to only two companies and had positive responses from both within a few days and it was up to me to choose which one would best suit my family life. There were many recruiters from a wide variety of companies. I appreciated the fact that the school didn’t push any companies on me, they simply stated the facts and the benefits, answered all my questions which helped me make the best choice for myself and my family.”
Kelly Byers 2012 Graduate
“The training I received at National Training Truck School was the most exciting, fun and challenging experience I have had so far and I am very grateful for the safe, knowledgeable and professional manner in which the course is presented. Each day offered a new skill, a new challenge to reach the achievement level expected by the school.
Kelly received more than six job offers before he even graduated and he said the problem now was to make the best choice for his future. He plans to eventually get into driver management/training when he has fulfilled the seat time required by the industry.
