3. CDL Programs
CDL Class A ELDT
The CDL Class A ELDT program is designed to help eligible students develop entry-level commercial driving skills and prepare for applicable Class A CDL knowledge and skills testing. Training may include classroom instruction, vehicle inspection practice, basic control skills, backing, road-driving preparation, and behind-the-wheel training.
CDL Class A Modified ELDT
The CDL Class A Modified ELDT program is designed for eligible students who need a focused Class A CDL training option. This program may be appropriate for students with prior commercial driving experience, students upgrading their license, or students who need Class A training for a specific licensing or employment goal.
CDL Class B ELDT
The CDL Class B ELDT program is designed to help eligible students prepare for applicable Class B CDL requirements. Training may include classroom instruction, vehicle inspection, basic control skills, backing, road-driving preparation, and behind-the-wheel training for Class B commercial vehicle operation.
CDL Refresher Training
CDL Refresher Training is designed for eligible drivers who already hold or previously held a CDL and need additional practice, skill review, or driving preparation. Refresher training may include vehicle inspection review, backing practice, basic control skills, and behind-the-wheel instruction based on the student’s needs and eligibility.
