Check in time is Sunday from 12:00 pm to 3:00pm.
We do not have staff around the clock.
This is an extend a stay Motel They clean the rooms once per week.
If You need something Towels etc.. Please call the Motel office only between 10am and 6pm Mon to Sat.
Check out Time is Friday of the last week 7:00 am.( IF YOU HAVE TO STAY LONGER THERE IS AN ADDITONAL CHARGE)
Most all Students rooms are Double occupancy.
It is important that you get a long with your room-mate.
There are absolutely no visitors allowed in any Students rooms for any reason.

You are here to learn. This is not a Vacation Hot Spot.
You are in class to earn your Heavy Equipment certification NO Drinking or Drugs of any kind on Motel property.
You will be issued TWO keys One for your Pocket and One to leave in your car. In case you get locked out.
$25 Charge if lost key after hours.
NO WEAPONS Allowed on the premises or in your rooms.
NO Smoking in the rooms.
